COMMENTS:

Frank Groark was a member of the Apollo Launch Team at KSC, serving as Supervisor of Apollo CSM Telemetry and Communications throughout the program.  After Apollo, he transferred to Palmdale, CA, where he served as Supervisor of Telecommunications on Shuttle, overseeing testing and checkout for all OVs and earning a Silver Snoopy Award in the process.
