COMMENTS:

From 1988-1998 performed as a System Safety Engineer on the Space Shuttle Program.  Performed System Safety Engineering analysis on Space Shuttle ground launch processing, including Ground Support Equipment (GSE), facilities, integrated processes, and all elements of the processing, servicing, and integration of payloads into the Orbiter.  Managed the United Space Alliance Ground Operations Hazard Report process, which required interfacing with NASA’s Flight Safety organization at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.  Served as a certified Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) facilitator.
