COMMENTS:

Betsy has been working at the space center for over 29 years. Currently she is an Engineer Tech who specializes in Specifications and SOWs. Betsy enjoys the challenge of creating a specification package that is well put together with no errors and presented to contractors for bidding. In the past she has been a records keeper for her department within Engineering. Betsy was chosen for records keeper due to her ability to create coherent and easy to use filing systems.

Betsy’s ability to be well organized has been invaluable to several of her customers.

In her 29 plus years out at the space center Betsy has worked for Pan Am, Johnson Controls, Space Gateway Support, and now for URS Federal Services/AECOM. Betsy has been a secretary, property inventory clerk, S.P.I. formatter, records keeper, training coordinator, public relations representative, and is currently a specifications tech.

Betsy enjoys her family (including the four-legged kids), the outdoors (mostly because she is inside for 8 plus hours 5 days a week), gardening, exotic palms, and biking.
