Career aerospace electrical engineer with distinguished service though the space programs from the 1960s through the 1990s. Distinction of being awarded the Engineer of the Year award by Rockwell International, and was also nominated one additional time. Also, promoted to the rare position of MTS-8, the highest level in his technical field. He was responsible for numerous technical innovations and processes during his career that helped all of our space ventures to the moon, as well as a lead technical role in the creation of the Shuttle landing simulator. He started in Downey, CA with North American Aviation, then continued with Rockwell International, and then with Boeing. He was part of a small group of engineers in a special program from the University of Puerto Rico, and the entire group was hired in their entirety to move to the Downey area and join the space program.
