COMMENTS:

My first experience in space-related work was to work on the Management Information System for the Hubble Space telescope, while working for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company in Oak Ridge, TN.

Later, I was a Software Engineer, working in the Launch Processing System department for my 25 years at KSC.  I was privileged to work on the Shuttle Connector Analysis Network (SCAN), a software system that tracked the mate/demate process, including all retest requirements for all Space Shuttle wiring connectors.  I also worked on the Ground Processing Scheduling System (GPSS) a one-of-a-kind scheduling system that tracked all shuttle processing while in the Orbiter Processing Facility (OPF).

It was my privilege and pleasure to work on Space Shuttle ground support software for 25 years at Kennedy Space Center.  What a great team!
