#1 To the honor of my father, Jay Gernert; and

#2 to honor the all the subsequent mentors who  taught me how to go to space, such as Thomas Thomas, and many more…and finally

#3 – to the one that – while inconspicuously pulling out of his desk drawer,  a picture of himself with Wernher Von Braun;  asked me to guess who bought him a steak dinner for finding the Saturn V glitch in the TVC !!!
